"WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS" (sanitized...)

My ex-CPA failed to provide them after 4 requests over a 9 month period with my Attorney cc'd on two of those. The last of those attempts was formatted as a Legal Demand 9 months after the first three. He said nothing, ever.

The Maryland Board of Accountancy was asked to help me obtain my documents. They closed my complaint "due to documents he provided". They were asked politely a second time to reconsider my request before I asked to get into their business and an obviously misleading response in more detail. They eventually declined to reopen with no further explanation of their decision. Supposedly, an Assistant Attorney General of Maryland supported them in their case review??

How could he/she have come to this conclusion?

My exCPA Response Documents were demanded and to my surprise they were delivered to me without the need of a FOIA request or some other begging activity. It seems clear as day that a lot more people should be in boiling hot water now...

Is anyone actually reading anything? Did anyone actually read my complaint?

Did anyone think to ask my CPA to forward over the documents he claimed he sent in his response?

Did anyone read the Maryland Statutes and Codes related to Acts Discreditable to the Profession?

Does anyone know about he US Treasury Rules or the AICPA rules upstream from those?

The only logical conclusion one can come to is that the Board and all Member have some other PROOF i got my docume
nts and PROOF this was all a sham complaint? I will curiosly look forward to seeing that defense, if it's taken up...
